To scale our impact even further, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in driving our clients’ success and ensuring they extract maximum value from our solutions.
Tasks
- Build and strengthen client relationships: You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, building long-term, trustful partnerships while ensuring successful adoption and usage of our platform.
- Develop strategies: Work proactively to define and implement strategies to scale and optimize our Customer Success team.
- Design and optimize processes: Independently establish and refine workflows that create an outstanding customer success experience.
- Revolutionize trade compliance: Help our clients optimize their trade compliance processes using our AI-powered solutions and contribute to their long-term success.
- Monitor and improve success metrics: Continuously analyze key metrics to improve customer satisfaction and to avoid churn and drive adoption and retention
- Drive growth and retention: Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.
Requirements

- Experience in strategy consulting, customer success, or change management – ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- High level of proactivity and initiative: You thrive on taking ownership and contributing actively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to independently tackle challenges.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic startup culture and drive innovation in the organization.
- Analyze customer data tExcellent communication skills in both German (C1 or native-level) and English (B2 or better).
