Transparent Hiring is an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in hiring English-speaking IT talents for German companies and relocating them to Germany. We work with large established German enterprises as well as young and dynamic start-ups, hiring for a wide variety of tech roles. We are located in Bavaria, Germany, but operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
Tasks
- Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet and surpass individual sales goals;
- Manage incoming leads: Handle inquiries, re-engage "sleeping" clients, and identify new opportunities;
- Sell relocation and job search services: Present and sell our services, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs;
- Client relationship management: Build long-lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and maintaining communication;
- Conduct client presentations: Lead initial consultations to introduce our services and address any questions;
- Schedule meetings and close deals: Guide clients through the sales process, from first contact to successful sale;
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, relocation, and job search teams to drive success;
- Utilize CRM tools: Record client interactions and track progress in HubSpot;
- Performance report: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian (C1);
- Experience in sales 3+ years;
- Proven sales experience: Success in conducting phone and Zoom negotiations and closing deals;
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay focused on achieving goals;
- Relationship-building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client relationships over time;
- Proactive mindset: Self-starter with a can-do attitude, eager to solve problems and take initiative.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales within the services or EdTech industries;
- Experience working with high-value deals (from $5,000 and above);
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Suite at an advanced user level.
