Now we're looking for a teammate to join us in this mission and help our clients with their job search: finding the right vacancies, applying to companies, and supporting candidates all the way to their dream job abroad.

Tasks
Responsibilities
- Search for IT job openings based on the client's background and preferences
- Apply to vacancies on behalf of the client across various platforms
- Communicate with clients in Russian and English, providing updates and guidance
- Write and edit cover letters tailored to specific job roles
- Report on the progress of each case and suggest next steps
- Send outreach messages to potential employers via LinkedIn
- Solve questions or concerns and make the job search as smooth as possible
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in HR, recruiting, client support, or career consulting
- Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Basic understanding of the IT job market (e.g., you know Java is not JavaScript )
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job boards, Google Docs
