Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Review, design, and improve test cases to ensure both existing and new requirements are testable in a sustainable environment
- Contribute to the design and refinement of project requirements
- Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage defects and identify, monitor, and resolve potential issues, working hand in hand with developers and implementation partners
- Guide and advise the team to foster continuous improvement in QA practices
- Participate in the planning and execution of central SIT and UAT testing phases
- Work alongside the Centres of Excellence (CoE) for Quality Assurance and Testing to enhance and adapt testing infrastructure and environments
- Automate existing test cases to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Practical experience as a test engineer, tester, test lead, defect coordinator, or a similar role, ideally within an agile framework
- Hands-on experience with HP ALM - is a must
- Familiarity with agile testing approaches and established testing standards (e.g., ISTQB) - is a must
- An agile mindset with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Excellent skills in delivering presentations, facilitating discussions, and conveying ideas
- A strong interest in creating long-term, sustainable solutions
- Proficiency in English (at least C1)
