Our partner, a globally successful company group, is looking for a Business Analyst - Store Management (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Tasks
- Overseeing the continuous technical enhancement and maintenance of the merchandise management solution.
- This includes managing the flow and processing of product master data, as well as supporting order and inventory management processes related to the system.
- Evaluating change requests, designing, and implementing new features to optimize the solution's performance.
- Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, to align and prioritize these enhancements.
- Providing expert technical support for inquiries related to merchandise management.
- Facilitating communication between the business, external service providers, and developers.
- Championing innovative approaches to ensure the solution remains cutting-edge.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in roles such as requirements engineer, business analyst, or business consultant.
- Hands-on expertise in managing requirements and working within (agile) software development environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in databases and APIs.
- A structured, analytical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Excellent command of English and a readiness to travel.
