Our partner, a globally successful company group, is looking for a Business Analyst - Store Management (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Tasks

Overseeing the continuous technical enhancement and maintenance of the merchandise management solution.
This includes managing the flow and processing of product master data, as well as supporting order and inventory management processes related to the system.
Evaluating change requests, designing, and implementing new features to optimize the solution's performance.
Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, to align and prioritize these enhancements.
Providing expert technical support for inquiries related to merchandise management.
Facilitating communication between the business, external service providers, and developers.
Championing innovative approaches to ensure the solution remains cutting-edge.

Requirements

A degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in roles such as requirements engineer, business analyst, or business consultant.
Hands-on expertise in managing requirements and working within (agile) software development environments.
Strong technical knowledge in databases and APIs.
A structured, analytical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Excellent command of English and a readiness to travel.
