HR Associate (f/m/d) - Full-time
Tasks
Your tasks:
- Collaboration and support in HR along the employee life cycle
- Data entry and maintenance in our HR systems
- Processing, maintenance, and control of electronic time recording
- Supporting the implementation of a new HR tool
- Creating and maintaining our personnel files in paper and digital form
- Collaboration in local and international HR projects
- Support for recruitment functions including sourcing and screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Degree or certification as a personnel administrator or business management
- Experience in HR and recruitment
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Independent way of working and an eye for detail
- High level of reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with personnel data
- Experience with MS Office / IT affinity
- Proactive and structured way of working
