Trilogy Writing & Consulting GmbH, an Indegene Company, is a growing service company specializing in the preparation of regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry. Our head office is in Frankfurt am Main, with additional offices in the USA and UK.

For our location in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic colleague to start as soon as possible:

Working student/ student assistant (f/m/d)in the Human Resources department

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Collaboration and support in HR along the employee life cycle
• Data entry and maintenance in our HR systems
• Processing, maintenance, and control of electronic time recording
• Supporting the implementation of a new HR tool
• Creating and maintaining our personnel files in paper and digital form
• Collaboration in local and international HR projects

Requirements

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in the fields of economics, human resources, psychology, education, or social sciences
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Independent way of working and an eye for detail
• High level of reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with personnel data
• Experience with MS Office / IT affinity
• Proactive and structured way of working
