    About You:

    • You have experience managing teams with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
    • You are on the front lines working with large strategic customer accounts 
    • You are equally experienced and comfortable presenting from top-level executives to front-line manufacturing operators
    • Mapping and navigating complex relationships with multiple stakeholders each with individual interests and responsibilities will be key to your success. 
    • You successfully navigated a complex sale into companies.
    • You are used to build, manage and close opportunities within a pipeline of proof of concept and expansion deals. 

     

    What skills do I need? 

    • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a sales team
    • Minimum 5 years selling into enterprise accounts at top management (C-Suite) levels
    • Experience with SaaS/PaaS 
    • Experience selling manufacturing solutions is a big plus
    • Recent experience managing a diverse pipeline across multiple types of customers
    • Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills
    • Ability to operate and move deals through complex organizations
    • Possess a strong background of achieving over 100%+ of your quota
    • Ability to coach on prospecting and penetrating new accounts
    • Experience in "Value Based" selling and closing large enterprise deals
    • Familiarity with Salesforce; organize / report on all sales productivity on a consistent basis
    • Experience working with channel partners and ISVs

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    As the Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the sale of Tulip's products and services across your region, while building and managing a full stack commercial team to support the growing DACH revenue business. 

     

    • Own the number and achieve ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth objectives for DACH business
    • Drive account strategies and coordinate selling efforts with channel partners to execute a sales process and win deals.
    • Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of end users and develop, present and demonstrate Tulip capabilities to the customer.
    • Build and develop territory and account management strategy
    • Develop champions, stakeholder mind-share and close at the VP/C-level.
    • Leverage reporting and analysis to inform focus and investment in the region 
    • Enable individual contributors to achieve ARR growth objectives by leveraging Tulip's various engineering, legal and procurement resources.
    • Screen, interview, hire, ramp, coach and develop people within the Commercial team.
    • Support sales training and development and overall sales management to the individual contributors. 
    • Integrate with existing global sales motions, continuously improving sales processes required for the DACH commercial team to be successful.
