Your mission and responsibilities
Development of an intelligent dialog system for processing user queries in the context of banking processes.
Connection to real data sets and simulation of specific use cases (e.g. account opening, payment processing, compliance queries).
Investigation of the efficiency, comprehensibility and learning ability of the system.
Optional: Comparison of open source vs. proprietary models (LLMs, retrieval systems).
Preparation of a Bachelor's / Master's thesis. Topic (proposal): Conception, prototypical implementation and evaluation of an AI-based new banking communication standard for B2B banking
Your qualifications and experience
Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, business informatics or similar.
Interest in NLP, chatbots, banking IT and user interaction design.
Knowledge of Python, API connection and common ML libraries.
Analytical thinking and a desire for practical research.
