Representing a diverse network of industry stakeholders, we drive innovation and actively shape the regulatory and operational frameworks for the future of aviation. To strengthen our policy work, enhance member consultation, and expand our team, we offer an exciting opportunity to join UAV DACH.
Tasks
Policy & Regulation Advocacy:
- Represent UAV DACH in European and international forums, particularly with EASA, ICAO, and EU institutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and contribute to the development of UAS and AAM regulations and standards.
Industry Expertise & Networking:
- Support members with technical, regulatory, and operational guidance.
- Facilitate collaboration between industry stakeholders, policymakers, and research institutions.
- Organize and moderate events, workshops, and competence groups.
Strategic Projects:
- Develop and lead projects that strengthen UAV DACH’s position as a key industry partner.
- Contribute to initiatives on integration of UAS into urban airspace and future mobility concepts.
Communication & Outreach:
- Write articles, position papers, and press releases on key industry developments.
- Act as a spokesperson for the association at conferences, media events, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Political Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Professional experience in aviation, aerospace, or mobility sectors.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for UAS and AAM in Europe is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
