Your mission
As the Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the CEO, supporting him in day-to-day operations, sales initiatives, and financial management. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities. You will act as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- CEO Support & Operations : Support the CEO in executing high-priority tasks, conducting research for strategic decision-making, and optimizing operations for efficiency and effectiveness
- Sales & Marketing: Drive sales by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing pitches, and analyzing key metrics to enhance revenue growth.
- Blended Finance & Fundraising: Assist the CEO in structuring blended finance strategies by identifying funding opportunities, managing investor relationships, preparing financial models, and analyzing key metrics to optimize capital allocation and impact
- Communication & Project Management: Serve as the central coordination point for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and timely execution of key projects.
Your profile
Skills and experience
- Degree in business administration or related field from a top business university
- +1-3 years of work experience in consulting, finance or start-ups
- Strong skills in Excel, word and powerpoint (Google Workspace)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with blended finance and/or B2B Sales is a strong plus Workstyle and culture
- Fast learning and quick to grasp complex topics
- A team player with a hands-on mentality

- Valid Work Permit for Germany, or able to obtain a permit

- Location: Exiting industrial Co-Working Space in Berlin Marzahn where we have our own industrial halls to build
