Your mission
As our Industrial Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of our first-of-a-kind industrial pilot plant — from permitting and engineering coordination to operational readiness. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery of the pilot project. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong technical insight, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Pilot Project Deployment: Lead the execution of our pilot project, ensuring all components are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Manage the full project lifecycle including schedule development, risk-adjusted planning, and project controls.
- Permits and Compliance: Oversee permitting and ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks relevant to the pilot. Define and implement operational strategies for both deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal engineering teams, EPC partners, external suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Drive alignment and foster collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Engineering & EPC Oversight: Ensure integration of all engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process, civil, etc.) throughout the FEED and EPC phases. Review and steer key technical deliverables such as PFDs, Basis of Design, and engineering packages.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and professional development. Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on quality, delivery, and innovation
