The role
As a Technical Production & Data Annotation Working Student you will be a key member of the Customer Product Office, reporting to the Production Process Manager. You will support the annotation team in executing a variety of projects, ensuring each is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
While you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in different annotation scenarios, you will also be expected to take ownership of your tasks and deliver work with precision. In addition to learning and applying your knowledge, you will help navigate challenges and edge cases, assist in training team members, and communicate effectively with annotation partners. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones will also be part of your responsibilities.

- Support the annotation team in executing projects and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and collaborate with global labeling teams.
- Assist with training, presentations, and communicate effectively to achieve project milestones.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
What will you need to be successful?
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a German university in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or an IT-related field..
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Passion for learning and delivering high-quality work is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- A mindset focused on delivering the highest quality work.
- Experience with Python or other coding languages is a plus.
