We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in developing software that connects laboratories, automates processes, and powers our next-generation automation platform. As a core team member, you will be working on cutting-edge technology that transforms the way research is done in biotechnology.

Full Stack Software Engineering: Design, build, and maintain software for our platform and products, which includes backend development of our API, designing SDKs, implementing frontends for lab automation, and enhancing the functionality of our products for the needs of our customers.
Tech Design & Architecture: Assist with the technical design and architecture of our products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Open-Source Contribution: Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the broader community, fostering collaboration and innovation, including with our own community.
Testing & Research: Participate in testing and research sessions with our users to gather feedback and refine solutions.
Robust Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience, including professional freelancing or part-time work.
Proficiency in TypeScript: Proficient in developing high-performance web applications and scalable backends using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in software development and system architecture, with experience solving complex problems in distributed systems.
Academic Background: A relevant academic degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with our tech stack
Experience with DevOps and cloud technologies
Strong bonus points for experience in hardware/software integration environments
Experience with additional programming languages like Python, C, or Rust
