The Opportunity
We are looking for a business support-oriented rockstar to join our team in Berlin or Valencia. As a Salesforce Admin you will manage and customize the CRM system to support and enhance business processes and user needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving Business Technology solutions thereby enabling the company to automate business processes and grow at scale.
This role demands a blend of technical acumen and support experience to evolve Urban Sports Club's process efficiency improvement, solutions standardisation and cost optimization by leveraging Salesforce ecosystem capabilities. To be successful you will work closely with Sales Acquisition, Customer Success, Partner Management, Product Development and Business Analytics teams to support and optimize the CRM performance and ensure its effective utilization across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- You are one central point of contact for Salesforce technical topics working together with business and technical teams.
- Oversee the CRM system's functionality and linked automations, customize it to fit the company's needs and internal changes, support new modules and functions deployment.
- Provide level 2 system administration support (customized user permissions, profiles, custom objects, fields management, formulas, layouts, workflows) to sales and customer success teams distributed across several business units, revenue tires and geographies. Collaborate daily with business operations teams that provide 1st level support to users.
- Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
- Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoptions.
- Implement and support integrations with third-party applications, plugins, additional tools including automations outside of CRM.
- Drive on-time delivery of new system features and functions deployment and delivery together with external vendors.
- Support process improvements initiatives linked to new business requirements. Drive standard scalable approaches among others.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the CRM setup.
- Leverage your technical expertise to identify roadblocks and potential process gaps.
- Be proactive in communicating updates on changes and new deliverables, helping to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
What you need to succeed
- You have at least 2 years of experience working as CRM Administrator or CRM Support manager with Salesforce CRM covering sales acquisition and customer success processes.
- Solid technical understanding of Salesforce CRM settings and capabilities (Sales Cloud CRM, Salesforce CPQ).
- Ability to administer and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.) for 100+ users.
- Experience and big interest in automating business processes (with CRM and other tools).
- Integrations support experience (Salesforce integrating with other systems i.g. ERP, Marketing CRM, inhouse tech solutions, custom APIs directly and through middleware).
- Experience working with sales/business/customer success teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system. Ability to translate requirements from business and the larger business context into executable scalable processes and workflows in CRM.
- Focus on proper documentation maintenance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, working with multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining good, effective, and friendly relationships with all of them.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, with a proactive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies.
