Tasks

The three biggest challenges in the first year:

• You turn the VARM brand into a true love brand
• You set up efficient and sustainable marketing campaigns, which generate predictable lead flow
• You develop and implement creative ways and strategies that require out of the box thinking

Be the driving force behind our brand and marketing efforts. This is a rare opportunity for a bold and ambitious marketer to revolutionize the insulation industry by taking full ownership of marketing, communication and brand at VARM.

• You take full ownership in developing and evolving our brand
• You set up and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure a cohesive and powerful brand message
• You define and oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• You enhance our digital presence through innovative online and offline marketing strategies, social media engagement and strong relationships to promote the VARM brand

Requirements

• If you have been part of a successful brand launch or thrived in a high-paced marketing department of a startup / scaleup, this is your chance and we want to hear from you
• You have a proven track record in successful brand and marketing campaigns
• You are a creative thinker / trendsetter with a direct and no bull shit style of communication
• You have a strong ability to present complex ideas convincingly and are a team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
