Aufgaben

The three biggest challenges in the first year:

• You are THE product person at VARM, setting up everything product-related from scratch
• You are working and building on a product for a non-digital native customer group
• You will have to get your hands dirty on tech-related topics and be able to solve problems

As the first person in Product at VARM, you have the amazing opportunity to really shape the tech product of VARM. Besides that you are part of the core-team for Europe’s Insulation Champion. Together with you, we are perfectly positioned to change an industry for good.

• Be our Product Lead: You fully own our product and tech strategy, including the development of a shared vision, roadmap and measurable goals. This includes close collaboration with our Founders & our Founding Engineer
• Connect the Dots: You will need to connect the dots between our on-site, real-life operations and our technology platform to ensure that we can scale insulation across Europe
• Create a Product Roadmap: Craft a roadmap, be accountable for execution and support on implementing the requirements. We very much love you to have the technical skills to step in deeper into tech if necessary
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address emerging issues with a non-digital native customer group and steer new product ideas and improvementsBe part of scaling in Operations: Ensure we transition from validation to scaling, while maintaining a top-tier customer experience as our primary goal

Qualifikation

• Experience: You have at least four years of professional experience in product - we are seeking a true product rockstar that brings “been there, done that” to the table. You have been part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are experienced with dealing with various topics at the same time
• Educational Background: You hold a relevant technical degree from a top-university (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics or other adjacent backgrounds)
• Passion for ClimateTech: You are intrinsically motivated to make our world a better place
• Proactivity and Team Spirit: You are highly independent, proactive, and a true team player. You’re willing to go the extra mile for VARM’s product’s success
• Low-Code Tools and Automation: You have experience with low-code tools and automation, which helps in streamlining our processes and enhancing efficiency
• Adaptability: You quickly find your footing in a fast-growing company and remain unshaken by our pace of growthLanguage Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and German
