Tasks

Your three biggest challenges in the first year:

• You surprise everyone at VARM with the amazing ideas you bring to the table
• You have a special power to bring VARM to the next level
• You need to learn a lot of things on the go and ensure great execution

As potential new hire for XYZ, we are sure that you will instrumental in propelling VARM into our next growth phase. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team of Europe’s Insulation Champion. Work together with our Founders to execute bold, big and smaller projects and adress business challenges along the way.

• Be in full charge of your own projects - we do not micro-manage
• Work closely with the founding team to tackle strategic issues and be a sparring partner for strategic and operational challenges
• Keep the bigger picture in mind and help us to do so as well

Requirements

• You have a strong background in a fast growing start-up / scale-up or another fast-paced, highly demanding environment
• You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
• You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
• Proven ability to think strategically, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable solutions
