Be the Strategic Partner in Our People & Operations Team
At Viessmann Generations Group, we believe our people are the foundation of our success. We are looking for an HR Operations Lead to play a key role in shaping the employee experience, optimizing people operations, and ensuring compliance with German labor law. As the Deputy to the Head of People Operations, you will drive People process automation and contribute to a workplace culture that fosters engagement, fairness, and high performance.

This is an Individual Contributor role, ideal for an experienced, passionate professional who sets themselves high standards, and thrives on taking over full ownership for designing and executing excellent core People Operations processes, like Payroll and all contractual topics - in close collaboration with the People Operations Specialist. Previous experience in team leadership can be helpful but are not required.
