What you will do:

Leading and developing the Finance & Legal Team
Lead and develop the Finance & Legal Team
Ensure quality and optimize financial processes and reports
Analyze data, derive insights, and advise management
Conduct contract negotiations with customers and ensure compliance
Support in complex financial transactions and legal matters
Oversee the annual financial statements and manage external consultants
Manage cash flows and financial strategies
Utilize AI-driven analytical tools to optimize financial processes

Requirements

What we expect:

Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law, or related field
Have several years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the service sector
Possess solid knowledge in controlling, compliance, and contract law
Experience with M&A processes and financial strategies is a plus
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical thinking
Excellent English skills to complement your profile
