At VIVERE, we're looking for a dedicated Director of Operations/ COO (f/m/x). Join our dynamic, international team in Hamburg and become a key player in our exciting journey.

    Tasks

    Your Role and Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operations, including Planning, Procurement, Production, and SCM.
    • Provide proactive problem-solving support for operational issues.
    • Optimize operations processes and maximize efficiency using technology.
    • Performance management of operations by optimizing unit costs, quality, and time KPIs.
    • Develop and lead the Operations team, consisting of 5 direct reports and 30 employees.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure optimal product supply and quality.
    • Oversee internal operations to enable the CEO to focus more on external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Your Profile:

    • Master’s degree in engineering or related fields with strong academic performance.
    • 5-7 years of experience in leading and managing consumer operations.
    • Proven experience in fast-paced environments and e-commerce operations.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes and technology.
    • Demonstrated capability in building and managing high-performing operational teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and full ownership of challenges.
    • Ability to actively contribute to VIVERE’s leadership and culture shaping.
