About The Role
As a Product Manager in the Growth team at Vivid Money, you will focus on improving account utilization and retention. Your goal will be to increase the number of businesses successfully opening and actively using their accounts. You will work with activation mechanisms, rewards, and product improvements to enhance user engagement and drive growth.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute strategies to improve account utilization within the first 90 days for our SME product.
- Analyze user behavior and conduct interviews to understand key barriers to activation.
- Generate hypotheses and run experiments to increase engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Collaborate with CRM, referral, and product teams to enhance activation flows.
- Implement product changes that improve user engagement and drive long-term retention.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of activation mechanics, user engagement, and incentive structures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in designing and conducting experiments to optimize key performance metrics.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers.
- A track record of delivering successful products and features.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for enhancing user experiences and driving product growth.
