- Proven track record of success in fast-paced startup environments in a C-Level role.
- Hands-on experience in product management and knowledge of what the job requires on different levels.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams beyond the fields of engineering and product management.
- Up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Ideally, experience in a B2B2C environment, understanding both B2B SaaS and B2C platform/marketplaces.
- Fluent in English and German (both at least C1).
