Aufgaben

Build and manage relationships with venture partners, LPs, and founders, ensuring alignment with the fund’s goals.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster collaboration and provide a high-quality experience for investors, founders, and other stakeholders.
Proactively create content related to the fund and portfolio companies and at the same time own and manage all online channels (e.g., social media, website)
Drive the fund’s rebranding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events supporting community engagement and increasing the fund’s presence.
Identify and pursue PR and media opportunities, including articles, interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements at panels or conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to align communications and community efforts with broader marketing and operational strategies.

Qualifikation

Fluent in German and English
2+ years of experience in community management, partnership management, or a related role within the venture capital or startup ecosystem.
You’re a strong storyteller. You can translate complex topics into compelling narratives that engage different audiences.
Familiarity with and passion for venture capital ecosystems, startup culture, and investment processes.
You can juggle multiple projects at once. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating events and initiatives.
You’re confident, proactive, and thrive in an autonomous role. You don’t wait for things to happen - you make them happen.
