Tasks
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with w3 group goals.
- Manage content across digital channels: newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn, and X.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns for w3.hub initiatives.
- Execute community campaigns to enhance connections in the Web3 space.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing performance for growth and engagement.
- Lead content strategy for LinkedIn and X, ensuring a strong brand voice.
- Grow the w3 community by providing engaging content.
- Align marketing strategy with broader ecosystem goals across all w3 group teams
- Monitor metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in tech, Web3, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, marketing tools, and growth/content strategies.
- A creative, data-driven approach with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English & German.
- Ability to stay on top of things, even if you have to “juggle 10 balls at once”. Stress drives you to excellence, not resignation.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with a commitment to working on-site
- Bonus: A passion for the Web3 community and a desire to play a key role in its development.
