Ihre Aufgaben
• Develop and maintain components of a design system using Figma
• Maintain and further develop the components of our design system in Figma
• Ensure consistency of components of the design system by creating and enforcing common guidelines
• in close project related consultation with UX researcher, using our Figma design system, realize wireframes, prototypes for usability tests and final UI Design
• Project related closely consultation with developers during requirements engineering and hand-over
• Test and conduct quality assurance of components developed in the code libraries based on your designs
• Document the usage of the components for other UX experts and stakeholders
• Collect user needs and feedback from stakeholders throughout the project
• Present design ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
• As a project member of a cross-functional Scrum team, take part in the scrum routines and adhere to Scrum practices
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Actively participate in broader UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions, if necessary for the provision of the service
Muss-Anforderungen
• Excellent skills in Figma, including designing and maintaining re functional complex components
• Experience in working with Figma Variables, Tokens, and Dev-Mode
• Experience with developing and maintaining re-usable components of a design system
• Experience in requirements engineering related to components of a design system
• Experience in working in a cross-functional Scrum team,
• Experience in working in a scaled Scrum environment (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, Scrum at Scale) is a plus
• Good portfolio of design projects
• Excellent with UX/UI design for complex workflows
• Experience with interaction design and information architecture
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typescript is a plus
• Analytical and synthesis skills promoting simple solutions
• Able to write processes, documentation and presentations
• Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
• Ability to work independently and self-guided
• Language skill: German and English
Kann-Anforderungen
• Bachelor or Master´s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Weitere Informationen
The work involves up to 50% onsite presence in Berlin.
