    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are hiring a Revenue Marketing Sr. Manager for our DE market.

    As Revenue Marketing Sr. Manager for Germany, you will be able to directly impact Wellhub's revenue, map the buyer's journey from start to finish, and increase awareness across enterprise companies and their respective decision makers and influencers. This position focuses on B2B marketing and revenue generation for the enterprise DE market and HR related personas.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • You will be responsible for analyzing, generating, and accelerating our pipelines, looking into channel performance, sales cycles, conversion rates and other key metrics.
    • You will lead the strategy on messaging and keep your finger on the pulse of market and competitor changes and trends. You would be expected to consistently provide insights on how to adapt to competitor and market trends and mitigate risks.
    • To achieve this, you will:
      • Create a lead generation strategy for enterprise and mid-market accounts (social media, nurture)
      • Lead the event strategy (trade shows, virtual and owned), negotiate with the DE vendors and execute the strategy
      • Own DE buyer's knowledge: understand our segments, industries and personas, and lead the strategy to adapt our marketing efforts to the sales cycle and the buyer's journey
      • Strive to build a predictable pipeline that makes it easy to forecast and replicate success
      • Partner with PR and our content creators to create more content, promote it more efficiently and help DE Wellhub and our country lead become thought leaders in the market
    • You need to be a business partner to the DE Revenue teams, working in alignment with them and ensuring mutual accountability to guarantee the revenue team can anticipate marketing action as well as understand marketing impact.
    • You will be expected to engage with executive level stakeholders, build resource and budget business cases that require buy-in and have impact across different markets and teams.
    • You will need to work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment and success of different channels to generate enterprise revenue
    • You will be measured on: marketing-sourced revenue, marketing-influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and speed and conversion rates
    • You will be responsible for analyzing the data and generating insights and market intelligence

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Demand generation background, with 5+ years of experience in a B2B environment
    • Good cross-functional collaboration skills, rapid decision-making, and relationship building. Must be able to adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholder senioritis.
    • Especially a good understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines
    • Must be data driven and prioritize objective decision making
    • Experience with digital and offline marketing (CRM, nurture flows, content, events and field marketing, trade shows)
    • Strategic thinking and autonomy to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and see the bigger picture. Must be comfortable forging their own path from ambiguity. Fast to execute.
    • An OKR and data-focused approach to measuring your own performance
    • German native speaker and strong English skills in written and verbal form (English is the corporate language and will be the main language of communication with your manager, marketing peers, and global counterparts)
    • Hybrid working, while Wellhub has a flexible working policy, you will need to go to the office occasionally to meet your colleagues as well as support and travel to tradeshows and events in person
