    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are hiring a User Growth Specialist to our User Growth team in Munich

    Our User Growth Marketing Team is a dynamic Revenue Marketing focused on driving growth (sky-rocketing enrollment rate) through exceptional lifecycle experiences. With a customer-centric focus, we optimize every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers. Regionally, we take charge of Marketing-sourced Subscribers' Revenue by analyzing data, bringing local relevance and cultural insights to campaigns, and fostering collaborative partnerships with local teams. Globally, we enable regional work and ensure consistency, identifying technical and operational opportunities, and leading global standardization. Our skills encompass analytical proficiency, execution prowess, strategic thinking, local relevance, and effective communication. Our team excels in understanding customer journeys, establishing global standards, influencing teams to improve the user experience, identifying opportunities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Together, we're supporting the future of SR with digital marketing, driven by expertise, collaboration, and innovation.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Design + Execute End-user Marketing Initiatives: Manages the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing (and company) best practices. Be hands-on using existing templates to develop marketing creatives with drag-and-drop tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Drive growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests while having the proper judgment to manage campaigns and initiatives efficiently. Prioritize between multiple initiatives applying strong business acumen, according to opportunities and enrollment rates of key clients in each region;
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As part of a regional team, you'll collaborate with key local stakeholders (CS, WE, VM, CX) and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams, and give visibility of your work. Build trust and foster a collaborative and fast-paced environment;
    • Local Trends and Opportunities: Spearheaded campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors and marketing initiatives from other companies. Prioritize and align implementation internally and externally with the Global structure and local leadership teams;
    • Execution and Project Management: Act as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution in an agile manner. Highly effective at following campaign build best practices within Braze (set up, QA, review) to proactively avoid errors. Comfortable escalating concerns + asking questions to ensure campaigns are set up correctly.  Document learnings following Global guidelines;
    • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers. Apply strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally.

    As a Regional CRM Specialist, you embody a multifaceted approach to digital marketing and interpersonal finesse, thriving in dynamic environments where innovation and execution converge seamlessly. Here's what defines you:

    • Digital Marketing & Execution: You are the go-to expert for digital marketing strategies, adeptly crafting tailored programs across the journey using the multi-channels we have. Proficient in efficiently managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless implementation of the marketing plan. Your commitment to continuous learning ensures your strategies remain cutting-edge, while your flawless execution and meticulous attention to detail drive maximum results.
    • Analytical & Project Management: With a data-driven mindset and exceptional project management skills, you optimize strategies and deliver projects on time and within scope, even with limited information. Your organizational prowess enables you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to best practices. Consistently measures results, using your analytical insights to optimize the marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
    • Experimentation & Creative Vision: Comfortable with experimentations and proactive documentation of insights, testing and validating hypotheses locally. Your creative vision pushes boundaries, testing new messaging and strategies to deliver impactful results while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
    • Communication, Collaboration, & Autonomy: Communicates effectively at all non-executive levels with confidence, you build trust effortlessly and support stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work. With adept prioritization skills, you autonomously negotiate deadlines, drive results, and seek avenues for value addition.
    • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Your strength lies in identifying and solving problems, driving continuous improvement through collaboration and data-driven insights. Guided by informed decision-making, you prioritize effectively to achieve overarching goals, pushing boundaries and delivering impactful results.
