    We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany.

    As a QA Specialist you will strengthen our Quality Assurance team and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management system (QMS). You will work closely with various departments to ensure our products meet all quality and food safety standards.

    Responsibilities

     

    • QMS support: Assist in maintaining and improving our quality management system.
    • Inspection and Testing: Examine food products and conduct tests at various stages of the production process, including raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, packaging and labelling.
    • Supply Chain Compliance: Approve suppliers and review supplier documentation.
    • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure all processes comply with established standards and specifications.
    • GMP/Inspection rounds: Perform GMP inspection rounds to check and enforce compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
    • Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to increase quality awareness among employees.
    • External Audits assistance: Assist in guiding external audits.
    • KPI reporting/trend analysis: Prepare KPI reports and perform trend analyses to identify areas for improvement. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and findings. Report non-compliance or quality issues to management and suggest corrective actions. Prepare reports and documentation required for regulatory agencies.
    • Quality Improvement Projects: Execute projects aimed at quality improvement and enhancing food safety & quality culture within the organization.
    • Problem-Solving: Investigate complaints and issues related to food quality. Determine the root cause of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to resolve quality problems.
    • Health and Safety: Participate in the people health and safety actions in the plant.
    • Equipment and Technology: Use specialized equipment and technology to conduct quality tests and inspections. Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.

    Requirements

    • Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Quality Management, or a similar field.
    • Skills: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
    • Language: Fluency in German and English
    • Personality: Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
