As Supply Chain Working Student, you will provide administrative assistance to the supply chain department, ensuring the smooth operation of various supply chain processes.The position is limited to 1 year and is located in Munich or Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

providing logistics support for our Supply Chain managers across different product categories
following up on orders placed by the Supply Chain team and arranging the payments to our suppliers in Europe and Asia
managing stock uploads and updating delivery times
reporting non-successful deliveries to the suppliers and managing re-deliveries
tracking customers’ orders and making sure our products are delivered on time
preparing reports and summaries necessary to proper functioning of the team
working closely with many of our internal departments (Warehouse Logistics, Buying, Customer Care, Finance)

YOU COME WITH

you are enrolled as a bachelor or master student in a relevant field of study
work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is desirable
excellent organization of working time, including priority-setting
fast comprehension and structured way of working
loads of positive energy with a hands-on approach
willing to work in a very dynamic environment
drive, passion for impact, and pragmatism
communicative and friendly personality, as well as assertive
first experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel
fluent or good English skills
