Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support the growth of Wolt Ads by assisting in business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn about advertising, marketing technology, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 30 countries. As an intern, you will play an essential role in assisting with the day to day project management of the Global Team function, assisting the Global Head of Advertising with the structuring and execution of several projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional projects related to Wolt Ads, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key initiatives, metrics, and milestones across different teams.
- Help coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups with stakeholders in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Support the development of presentations, reports, and process documentation for internal and external use.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in improving internal processes, workflows, and project management tools.
- Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and initiatives that contribute to Wolt Ads' success.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Notion, or Asana).
- Interest in digital advertising, retail media, and tech-driven marketing solutions.
