Hey you - join Wolt's Amazing Technical Support Team! We're the heart of Wolt, bridging operations and product teams to solve technical challenges across payments, merchants, couriers, retail, security, compliance, IT, and more. Beyond solving issues, we improve processes, workflows, and share valuable insights with product and engineering teams.
Though we've only been around since early 2020, we've grown to nearly 30 people (wowzas) —and we're looking for a new Technical Support Specialist to join us! 🚀 If you're tech savvy, know Wolt in and out, are a great communicator, and you're based in Germany - this role could be perfect for you!
It's a truly unique position where you'll get to experience the rapid growth of the industry while working closely with Wolt's Product Development and Operations organizations. Your typical day will include solving issues reported by Wolt Operations through Slack: sorting out tickets, debugging errors, monitoring the performance of the service and doing whatever is needed to make things run smoother.
You will be working together with local operations teams in sharing product knowledge and handling incoming issues from internal stakeholders: gathering information from logs, as well as reproducing and forwarding issues to the appropriate teams. And the best part is that and can work on investigating the above issues both solo and together with the Tech Support Team! The collaborative work doesn't end with your immediate team - you'll also be working closely with other teams in engineering, product and operations. Although this role does not require coding / developing skills, any such existing skills would certainly come in handy and any interest in coding or software development are a good addition to the team!
📍This role is based in Berlin, but you can either work from the local Wolt office in Germany or fully remotely from your home anywhere in Germany. Please note that this position does not include relocation to Germany. In this role you'd be expected to work during office hours.

👉 Availability to work during evening hours
