Users can decide for themselves what they want, when, where and how often they want to see them - just a few clicks are enough to start a series or a film online. Of course, the offer is diverse ranging from various flat rates as well as pay-by-view options.

    For the Customer Support of the subscription paying customers, we are looking for several experienced customer service reps (m/f/d) who take care of their questions and requests. The Dutch customer service / customer support is in charge of written and telephone enquieries on the following topics:

    • Activation of the trial subscription
    • Awarding bonuses for new customers
    • Explanation of the different compensation options
    • Invoice clarification and crediting
    • Maintenance of customer master data (address, bank data)

    The following skills are required for the Dutch customer support:

    • Service and customer oriented
    • Affinity to commercial issues
    • Interest in modern remuneration systems
    • Willingness to continue to develop the Dutch market
    • Willing to work in shifts
    • Fluent in Dutch and English

    This role can be done 100% from your home, which needs to be in Germany.
