For the Customer Support of the subscription paying customers, we are looking for several experienced customer service reps (m/f/d) who take care of their questions and requests. The Dutch customer service / customer support is in charge of written and telephone enquieries on the following topics:

Activation of the trial subscription
Awarding bonuses for new customers
Explanation of the different compensation options
Invoice clarification and crediting
Maintenance of customer master data (address, bank data)

The following skills are required for the Dutch customer support:

Service and customer oriented
Affinity to commercial issues
Interest in modern remuneration systems
Willingness to continue to develop the Dutch market
Willing to work in shifts
Fluent in Dutch and English

This role can be done 100% from your home, which needs to be in Germany.
