This online portal offers its products without having to go through the wholesale trade - and thus very cheaply. For the customer care department we are looking for you (m/f/d): you are going to make the shopping experience unforgettable for the customer and create a long lasting realtionship, based on loyalty and trust. Typical questions arise regarding the payment methods (only certified payment service providers are allowed), delivery times and, if necessary, customs formalities, returns or complaints.

You are most suitable for this position if you can identify yourself with the following requirements:

Passion for customer service
Experience in a call center environment is a big advantage
Equipped with basic principles of information technology
Ability to contribute experience
Can work shifts
Understands the importance of professionalism
Fluency in Czech
Believes in team spirit
