For both buyers and sellers, their great service, secure transactions and realistic advice have helped to create many thousands of happy customers.
As a customer service and support specialist you receive calls from members and interested people. Member calls can include issues regarding service shortcomings, vacation experience complaints and concerns, resort complaints, financial inquiry questions and web related problems. New customers are interested in availabilites of timeshare resources, pricing structures and in general, how timeshare works and what are the next steps.
In your new job you act in a supervisory role when addressing customer complaints and/or decision making based on company's policies and procedures, and you are empowered to compensate and make resolution suggestions when appropriate while striving to avoid or minimize customer dissatisfaction and/or loss of revenue or cash compensation.
