Your tasks as a customer service rep :
- You advise potential customers about the services and package options
- You capture customer data and create insurance policies
- You deal with damage reports
- You maintain contract data (addresses, bank details, device data)

- You are reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
- Excellent listener and persuasive speaker
- Understand the importance of professionalism
- Fluent in Norwegian
