Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of test equipment and test systems for production processes.
- Defining the appropriate test equipment technologies (e.g., Flying Probe, In-Circuit Test, Boundary Scan, Burn-In/Run-In, Functional Testing), ensuring compliance with technical and economic standards, as well as regulations and norms.
- Coordinating and managing projects within test equipment development.
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of approximately 15 development engineers.
- Ensuring project quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.
- Advising internal and external clients on the testability of electronic components.
Qualifikation
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in the development of test equipment, testing devices, and tools.
- Strong expertise in measurement technology.
- Solid leadership experience in Germany with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Strong communication skills in german and english.
- A high level of customer and service orientation.
- Cross-functional thinking, exceptional organizational talent, and a passion for innovation.
