ERP Consultant (m/w/d) - Remote

Als erfahrener ERP Berater bist du ein zentrales Bindeglied zu unseren Kunden und Partnern. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb, dem Support- und dem Produkt-Team, sowie unseren Partnern zusammen, um eine reibungslose Implementierung von Xentral zu garantieren. Mit deiner Erfahrung in der Einführung von ERP-Lösungen für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen und in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, bringst du die notwendigen Fähigkeiten mit, um als ERP Experte und Projektmanager auch komplexe Geschäftsstrukturen erfolgreich in Xentral abzubilden und unsere Kunden auf der Veränderungsreise zu begleiten.

Aufgaben

• Fokus auf Prozess & Implementierungs-Beratung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Verkauf, Logistik, Produktion und Services
• Strukturiertes Erfassen und Priorisieren von Kundenanforderungen aus Projekten
• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Entwicklung von Lösungsdesigns für Xentral-Projekte (Verständnis von technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen)
• Eigenständige Leitung von ERP-Projekten, mit Fokus auf Zeitpläne, Ressourcen und Budgets
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern, effektives Stakeholder-Management
• Durchführung von Schulungen zur optimalen Einführung und Nutzung von Xentral
• Unterstützung von Partnern bei der Implementierung und als Bindeglied zu Xentral

Qualifikation

• Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem IT- oder technischen Fachbereich und mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
• Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im Design und Positionierung von IT-Architekturen und Integration von verschiedenen IT Lösungen im ERP Umfeld
• Du besitzt starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,...)
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und in der Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Bereich
• Du besitzt proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweisen, sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Da ERP-Einführungen häufig mit tiefgreifenden Änderungen in den Geschäftsprozessen der Kunden verbunden sind, suchen wir Berater, die über Kompetenzen im Change Management verfügen, um die Akzeptanz der neuen Lösung im Unternehmen zu fördern und die Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden durch Schulungen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen gezielt auf die Veränderung vorzubereiten.
