💼 About the Role

Hi! As GTM/Operations Associate (Also referred to as Founder Associate) at Yendou, you will serve as Zina’s trusted first hand. Like a swiss-knife, you are responsible for supporting the CEO on a variety of pressing issues across the company, thereby serving as a multiplier.

Yendou is the first CRM designed to help R&D Teams at life sciences companies to scale and accelerate the allocation of cancer clinical trials in clinics, globally.

You might have heard this before: It takes 12 years and $800 million to bring a cancer therapeutic to the market.

But you know what the outsiders don't know?

More than 1/3 of this 12-year timeline (4.6 years) and 22% of the clinical trials costs are spent on the process of clinical trial allocation to clinics.

To solve this problem…

We are creating the first CRM for Pharma, like Salesforce, but with a list of ready-to-go qualified prospects. No more hunting for doctors or hospitals, now they are all on Yendou and companies can shorten the selection timeline by 12 months.

Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the cockpit of Yendou at a unique moment in the company’s journey as we launch our first products and expand as an organisation.

📐 Operations:

The right hand of the CEO (e.g., discussion people topics and internal & external priorities)
Strategy & Planning (e.g., OKR planning & execution, analyses)
People & Culture (e.g., onboarding of new employees, organization of initiatives)
Recruiting (e.g., sourcing candidates, improving the hiring process)
Investor relations (e.g., preparation of investor reports, fundraising preparation)
Finance & Accounting (e.g., customer billing, financial modeling)
HR Operations (e.g., payroll, HR admin, internal tools, knowledge & presentations)

🪖 Go-To-Market:

Site relations (e.g., co-Lead the development and growth of our clinic network)
Projects & Initiatives (e.g., entering new markets, rolling out tools & processes)

Requirements

3+ years experience - background in GTM operations, project management, change management - in top-tier management consulting, strongly preferred.
Previous experience at a high-growth Healthcare start-up is strongly preferred
Strong organization skills, with a high sense of personal accountability and autonomy.
Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and help drive process improvements accordingly
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend / synthesize solutions.
Self-starter/Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, results-driven, self-motivated and hands-on attitude. Strong desire to make the entire team successful.

🛣️ What does the hiring process look like?

We will usually respond to applicants before the end of the week, and within 72 hours of each interview.

Applicants can expect the following:

Intro call (~15 minutes) with CEO: Both candidate and CEO get to know each other.
Intro call (~15 minutes) with CTO: Both candidate and CTO get to know each other.
Resume interview (45 minutes) with CEO: Go through your resume and have a discussion.
A work trial (4-8h): Work trials are designed to help both sides make the right decision. The work trial is Onsite at our Berlin office
