🛣️ Our Hiring Process
- Apply & Submit Portfolio – Fill our screening questions and share a link to your GitHub profile, repository, or specific project that excites you (we don’t want university projects - we want to see what you built out of pure passion).
- Portfolio Review & Assignment – If we like your portfolio, we’ll send you a technical assignment. Complete it and send it back - we want to see how you think and build.
- 15-Min Tech Chat – If your work impresses us, you’ll hop on a 15-minute call with Felix (Head of Engineering) to discuss your code and problem-solving approach.
- 30-Min Culture Fit Interview – Call with Zina (CEO). It’s about making sure our culture and values resonate with you just as much as they do with us.
- Hackathon Day – You’ll team up with other top candidates to solve real problems, and show us what you can do in action.
- Decision Time – If you’re the right fit, you’ll know fast and get an offer to join Yendou. Time to build the future!
(Total process: ~1-2 weeks. We move fast.)
Tasks
- Craft and refine high-performance frontend experiences. Develop elegant, user-friendly web applications that push the boundaries of UX/UI in clinical research.
- Own the user interface. You will translate complex user needs into intuitive and interactive designs using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Optimize for performance and scalability. Ensure fast, reliable, and scalable frontend applications that handle real-world data efficiently.
- Collaborate across teams. Work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to align on customer-driven development.
- Iterate relentlessly. Ship quickly, break things, fix them, improve, and ship again - our goal is constant improvement and speed to impact.
- Embrace quality. Follow modern best practices in frontend architecture, code structuring, and state management to create beautiful, high-quality software.
Requirements
Must-Have Attitude:

Must-Have Hard Skills:
- Enrolled in computer science or a related field at a university.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js.
- A portfolio of side projects that make us say: "Wow."
- C1/C2 English skills (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompting.
- Experience with Charkra UI.
- Background in AI agents or Co-Pilots.
- Building ETL pipelines for structured data extraction.
