Tasks

Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring solutions are deeply rooted in thorough research and aligned with the overall product vision.
Drive measurable impact by optimizing key performance metrics through designs that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes, test them iteratively, and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions.
Be a voice for great design within the team, presenting ideas and concepts and ensuring user needs are always at the forefront.

Requirements

You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with strong expertise in problem-solving, interaction design, prototyping, and crafting intuitive user interfaces.
Proven track record of designing desktop and mobile applications in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design solutions.
You have extensive experience and proficiency in using FIGMA for design and collaboration.
You excel at simplifying complex challenges into elegant and user-friendly solutions, always prioritizing excellent usability.
You have hands-on experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, working closely with developers, and thriving in agile software development environments.
Staying updated on design trends and tools is second nature to you, enabling you to enhance both your work and the capabilities of your team.
Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
