As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our lead generation efforts and expand our market presence.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, improve brand awareness, and optimize our digital presence. You will work across SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and conversion rate optimization to accelerate our customer acquisition. Direct report to the CEO.
Tasks
- SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and execute an SEO-driven content strategy, including blog articles, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review Platforms) to generate leads and optimize ROI.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation.
- Email & Inbound Marketing: Develop email campaigns and nurture flows to convert leads into customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM insights.
- Brand Awareness: Increase Yoffix’s visibility through PR, partnerships, and industry events.
- Localization & Market Expansion: Tailor campaigns for German- and English-speaking audiences and ensure local market relevance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or workplace management solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English (written & spoken).
- SEO & Content Expertise: Proven track record in driving organic traffic and lead generation through content.
- Paid Marketing Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Automation & CRM: Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
