Your mission
We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Munich, Berlin, or Halle, or remotely across Germany in a hybrid model.
As an Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for a customer service project for one of our well known clients, overseeing both operational and process-related aspects. You will lead up to 5 Team Leads, each managing up to 25 freelancers who report directly to them.
- Customer Relationship & Sales Focus: You are the central point of contact for our clients, understanding their unique needs and integrating tailored solutions into our processes.
- Leadership with Sales Excellence: You empower and coach your team leads to act independently while inspiring them to motivate their teams to peak performance—always with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Performance Management: You analyze key KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and proactively implementing solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: You coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and positive outcomes. You proactively drive process improvements and collaborate closely with the operations management team.
- Budget Responsibility: You manage the budget for your project, ensuring profitability for the client while keeping expenses under control.
Your skillset
- Education & Experience: You have a completed professional qualification and bring solid experience in project management and team leadership, ideally in a contact center environment with a sales focus.
- Language Skills & Client Needs: You understand the needs of our clients, communicate confidently at eye level, and know how to manage projects efficiently with a sales-driven approach. You speak fluent German and are comfortable communicating in English.
- Motivating and convincing: As a communication expert (fluent in German), you can inspire and motivate people through charm, persuasion, and expertise—even in a remote work environment.
- Results-Oriented: You have a strong commitment to quality, work in a structured manner, and can adapt flexibly to fast-changing situations.
- Confident Presence: You have a confident and self-assured presence, enjoy working in cross functional and intercultural teams, and bring a good sense of humor.
