As a (Senior) Product Manager Data & Analytics (m/f/d) in our Berlin or Munich office (hybrid model), you'll play a key role in driving our growth. - Leadership: Take ownership of building and driving our Data Product Management function, setting structures and processes from scratch to establish a robust foundation
- Ownership: Proactively drive strategic initiatives, challenge existing assumptions, and confidently engage in discussions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaboration: Act as the central communication hub between data engineering, analytics, and business teams, facilitating seamless cross-departmental collaboration
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for new analytics products, drive end-to-end implementation, and continually improve our data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Impact: Ensure that analytics insights translate into actionable business outcomes, enabling measurable improvements across key company metrics
- Scalability: Build and optimize scalable data products and processes to support sustainable growth and long-term business objectives
Your skillset
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience: Proven background in senior product or project management roles, ideally with a focus on data analytics or data-driven product development
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring analysts to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Technical Fluency: Strong knowledge of analytics technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset with a passion for building structures, driving initiatives, and thriving in ambiguity
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders – and a sense of humor to keep things light even during intense discussions
