As (Senior) Strategy & Growth Manager (m/w/d) in our headquarter in Munich you play a key role in our continued company development. You lead and coordinate high-impact, company-wide projects und support our CEO Klaus in the development and implementation of our corporate strategies. Beyond that, you work closely with our Chief of Staff Flo, allowing you to fully leverage your entrepreneurial mindset.
You also cooperate with all managers in the company, giving you valuable insights and points of contact within all departments of our organization.

• Corporate Strategy: As an advisor, you directly support the CEO in developing and implementing our corporate strategies. Your strong analytical and strategic thinking enables you to make informed decisions and develop innovative solutions for yoummday
• Innovation Management: You drive innovation projects, evaluate new business ideas and technologies and implement them in cooperation with the different departments, to promote innovation processes
• Project Management: As a project manager, you take on the leadership and coordination of strategic, cross-departmental projects. You create project and time schedules and allocate ressources, continuously monitoring the adherence to project milestones and KPIs
• Stakeholder Management: You identify owners and project participants from various departments and drive interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure smooth project implementation and communication
• Process Optimization: As a project owner, you ensure not only ensure the successful execution of our projects, but also identify any potential for development to improve our PMO methods and processes

Your profile

• You have a degree from a leading university and at least two years of professional experience in strategic consulting or in the start-up/scale-up sector
• You have already demonstrated your analytical and strategic thinking in project management and in the optimization of PMO processes
• Your proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to confidently interact with your stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams laterally
• Your English is fluent, both written and spoken
