Project Manager Software Development (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will manage and oversee software projects from conception to delivery
• Specify scope and requirements with our clients in workshops and creative sessions, organize and execute such meetings
• Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables and resource requirements
• Create task and manage tickets in alignment with the entire project team according to agile methodologies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., project charters, timelines, roadmaps)
• Lead and foster team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with project goals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients
• Monitor project risks and take proactive action to resolve issues as they arise
• Conduct quality checks at various project stages to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing software development projects, specifically building tailored software products
• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget
• Experience with and understanding of agile methodologies and their application within software development projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to details
• Proficiency in project management tools (Atlassian Stack)
