What we are currently doing:

• Embedding AI solutions to automate or simplify many of our internal and external processes.
• Collaborate with product teams across the company to build tailored AI applications such as
• Provide guidance and support for anyone that wants to use AI internally.
• Building our AI Infrastructure that will drive our efforts for the years to come.

Who you are:

• You are super excited about AI/ML technologies and have a thirst for continuous learning to keep up with the industry. And have experience integrating AI Solutions into processes and tools?
• You’re able to prototype new ideas quickly and make them accessible to end users
• You prioritize simplicity and fast iterations over premature optimization
• You have a very pragmatic and action-driven mindset, with the drive to "get things done" even when the path is not clear.
• You are a true team player with strong communication skills and empathy and have a passion for building products that our users love.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing customer facing applications in a production environment
• Proven experience in bringing ideas from prototype to production ready applications in multiple projects
• Knowledge of frontend technologies and relevant frameworks like React , ReactNative to integrate AI or chat solutions in our existing user facing applications
• Knowledge of Backend tech stacks for API and process development (ideally Python)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, knowledge of AWS Ecosystem is a plus
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL databases, Vector Databases is a plus
• Nice to have : Low-Code / No-Code Workflow engine solutions, like Temporal, Retool Workflows, Zapier, etc.

You will work with a team of talented engineers to:

• Develop AI-driven solutions tailored to those challenges.
• Integrate AI models and tools into existing systems and processes.
• Provide support and training to users of the AI-driven systems.
• Integrate AI supported APIs into product development processes.
• Work closely with other departments and product teams to understand their challenges.
