The Role
As a B2B Marketing Manager (Mid-Level) at Zenjob, you will contribute to the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives with a focus on acquisition and engagement. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in offline and event marketing, product marketing support, and partner collaboration, while working closely with senior team members to help drive impact and growth.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our product marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Explore and capitalize on new marketing channels, with a particular focus on offline and event marketing, to enhance our reach and impact in the B2B space.
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential partnership opportunities that can amplify our market presence and customer base.
- Operationally own and manage B2B marketing KPIs, ensuring all team efforts are aligned to meet or exceed these targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective B2B marketing approach.
- Keep abreast of B2B marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Report directly to the Team Lead, providing regular updates on strategy, progress, and results.
What you’ll bring
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing channels, strategies, and tools, including offline and event marketing
- Customer centric approach and ability to clearly understand and communicate needs across different functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
- Hands on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Braze
- Data-driven and analytical mindset. Strong understanding of B2B Marketing KPIs as well as the sales funnel
- Strong ability to create workflows and processes
- Well organized, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
- A team player who believes in learning, unlearning and exchanging knowledge to be on top of the game
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving marketing objectives in a fast-paced environment
