The Role
Zenjob is seeking a Product Manager to lead our B2B efforts, driving product excellence and innovation in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Based in the heart of Berlin, a city where cultural richness meets technological advancement, this role plays a key part in shaping the future of work.
This is a role for a self-driven, results-oriented product leader who thrives on solving customer problems, driving continuous improvement, and launching initiatives that deliver measurable impact. You’ll work on the full product development lifecycle — from ideation to go-live — and be responsible for ensuring the solutions you deliver create value for customers, users, and the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of a specific product area or feature set and develop a clear vision and strategy that aligns with Zenjob’s broader product and business goals.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring smooth execution of every step along the way.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer pain points and needs are deeply understood and addressed.
- Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, drive product optimizations, and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a successful product launch and seamless go-to-market strategy.
- Support efforts to improve internal processes, tooling, and operational efficiency to increase the speed and quality of product development.
- You hold yourself and your team accountable for results and take pride in driving products to successful completion.
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, or similar role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Experience in full-cycle product development, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
- A proven ability to translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with data analytics tools to analyze product usage and drive decision-making.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can quickly distill complex problems into clear, simple solutions.
- Experience conducting user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to identify user pain points and inform product development.
- A results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering value for users and measurable outcomes for the business.
- Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively across our international team.
- Comfortable with German as is going to help you interact with customers and gain valuable insights first-hand
